Terms & Conditions

1. About Pink Mobile

Pink Mobile is a UK mobile service provider offering SIM-only mobile services in the United Kingdom.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Pink Mobile Pre-Launch Plan (“Plan”). By purchasing the Plan, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

2. Pre-Launch Nature of the Offer

This is a pre-launch offer. By purchasing the Plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pink Mobile’s mobile network has not yet launched

  • No mobile service is provided at the time of purchase

  • The Plan does not activate immediately

  • The 12-month service term starts only when the Pink Mobile network officially launches and your SIM/service is activated

  • The anticipated launch date is mid-2026, but this date is not guaranteed

Pink Mobile is not liable for delays to the launch date beyond its reasonable control.

3. Plan Price & Discount

  • Standard annual price: £365

  • Pre-Launch discounted price: £200 (paid upfront)

  • Total saving: £165

This offer:

  • Is available for a limited time only

  • Is non-transferable

  • Has no cash alternative

Pink Mobile reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer prior to launch.

4. When Your Contract Starts

Your mobile contract does not start on purchase.

It starts:

  • On the date your Pink Mobile service is activated after network launch

The contract term is:

  • 12 months from activation

  • Plus any additional free months earned through referrals (if applicable)

5. Cancellation & Cooling-Off Rights

5.1 Pre-Launch Cancellation (Before Activation)

As no service is provided before launch:

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund

  • After this 14-day period, the order becomes non-refundable until service activation, except where required by law

5.2 Post-Activation Cooling-Off (Statutory Right)

Once your service is activated, you have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you cancel during this period:

  • Your contract will be cancelled

  • Any refund due will be processed in accordance with UK law

  • All promotional benefits will be forfeited (see Section 6)

Excessive usage during the cooling-off period may result in deductions or refusal of refund where legally permitted.

6. Effect of Cancellation – Loss of Benefits

Any cancellation at any stage (before or after activation) results in the loss of all promotional and referral benefits, including but not limited to:

  • Referral rewards

  • Free months

  • Super User status

  • Eligibility for the free tablet or any other incentive

Promotional rewards are conditional upon maintaining an active paid service beyond the cooling-off period.

7. Referral Programme

All customers are automatically enrolled in the Pink Mobile Referral Programme.

7.1 Referral Rewards

  • Each successful referral earns 1 free month

  • A referral is considered successful when:

    • The referred customer signs up via the official referral system

    • Payment is completed

    • The referred customer remains active beyond any applicable cooling-off period

Free months are applied after service activation.

Pink Mobile reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards in cases of abuse, fraud, or manipulation.

8. Super User Status & Tablet Reward

Customers who achieve 12 or more successful referrals qualify as Pink Mobile Super Users.

8.1 Tablet Reward Conditions

  • One free tablet per eligible Super User

  • Tablet:

    • Is non-transferable

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash

    • Model, colour, and specification determined by Pink Mobile

  • Pink Mobile may substitute the reward with an item of equal or greater value

  • Delivery may occur after network launch and verification

9. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

9.1 Data

  • High-speed data available up to 50GB per month

  • After 50GB:

    • Speeds may be reduced for the remainder of the month

    • Service will not usually be cut off unless misuse is detected

9.2 Calls & Texts

  • Subject to fair usage

  • Prohibited uses include:

    • Automated or machine-generated traffic

    • Commercial or call-centre usage

    • Resale or routing traffic

9.3 EU Roaming

  • EU roaming included under fair usage

  • While roaming:

    • 1GB data limit per day

    • Calls and texts subject to fair usage

  • Pink Mobile may restrict roaming if usage is excessive or non-residential

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use the service:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • For resale or redistribution

  • To manipulate referral systems

  • To generate artificial traffic

  • In any way that harms network performance

Pink Mobile may suspend or terminate service for breaches.

11. Network & Coverage

  • Coverage, speeds, and availability depend on location, device, congestion, and roaming partners

  • Pink Mobile does not guarantee uninterrupted service or maximum speeds at all times

12. Changes to Services & Offers

Pink Mobile may amend:

  • Pricing, features, or allowances

  • Referral and reward schemes

  • Promotional offers

Any material changes after activation will comply with UK consumer protection law.

13. Liability

Pink Mobile is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, business, or data

  • Delays to network launch

  • Roaming partner limitations

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by UK law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
