IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN FULL BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE. BY CLICKING 'I AGREE AND PURCHASE', YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED ALL TERMS BELOW.

1. Introduction & Who We Are

Pink Mobile Ltd ('Pink Mobile', 'we', 'us', 'our') is a registered mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) operating in the United Kingdom. These Terms & Conditions ('Agreement') govern the purchase of a Founding Member Pre-Launch Plan ('Founding Member Plan') from Pink Mobile. By completing a purchase, you ('the Founding Member', 'you', 'your') enter into a binding agreement with Pink Mobile Ltd on the terms set out below. 2. What You Are Purchasing — Pre-Launch Reservation

2.1 Pre-Launch Status

Pink Mobile is currently in pre-launch. This means that at the time of your purchase, the Pink Mobile network and SIM card service are NOT yet live or operational. You are purchasing a reservation that secures your place as a Founding Member and locks in your plan pricing ahead of the public launch. You are NOT purchasing an immediately active mobile service. YOUR BILLING PERIOD WILL BEGIN FROM THE DATE YOUR SIM CARD IS ACTIVATED AT LAUNCH — NOT FROM THE DATE OF THIS PURCHASE. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANY FURTHER AMOUNTS, AND NO AIRTIME, DATA, OR CALLS WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL YOUR SIM IS ACTIVATED.

2.2 What Your Payment Secures

Your upfront payment ('Founding Member Deposit') secures all of the following: • Your Founding Member status and all associated benefits • Your guaranteed locked-in pricing for the duration of your plan • Priority SIM activation and dispatch on the day Pink Mobile goes live • Access to exclusive Founding Member perks, as described at the time of purchase • Your place in the first wave of Pink Mobile customers

2.3 Plan Start Date

Your selected plan — whether a 28-Day Rolling Plan or a 12-Month Founding Member Plan — will commence on the date your SIM card is physically activated on the Pink Mobile network. This activation date marks Day 1 of your plan, and all allowances (data, calls, SMS, roaming) will be available from that point forward. No service, allowance, or plan benefit of any kind is available prior to SIM activation.

3. Launch Timeline & Refund Guarantee

3.1 Expected Launch Date

Pink Mobile plans to launch in mid-2026. We are committed to delivering the best possible network experience and are working to launch as early as possible within this window. We do not guarantee a specific launch date within the mid-2026 period. The launch date is subject to regulatory, operational, and technical readiness.

3.2 Guaranteed Refund Deadline

IF PINK MOBILE HAS NOT LAUNCHED AND ACTIVATED YOUR SIM BY 1ST JULY 2026, YOU WILL BE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND OF YOUR FOUNDING MEMBER DEPOSIT. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. In the event that Pink Mobile has not launched by 1st July 2026: 1. We will notify all Founding Members by email no later than 1st July 2026. 2. Full refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of notification. 3. No action is required from you to claim this refund — it will be issued automatically. 4. You will not be charged any cancellation fee or administration charge.

3.3 Communication During Pre-Launch

Pink Mobile will provide regular launch updates to all Founding Members via email. You will receive a minimum of one update per month and a dedicated launch confirmation email no later than 7 days before we go live.

4. Founding Member Plans

4.1 28-Day Rolling Plan

The 28-Day Rolling Founding Member Plan operates on a rolling monthly basis. After launch and SIM activation: • Your plan renews automatically every 28 days • You may cancel or change your plan at any time with no penalty • Your Founding Member pricing is locked in and will not increase for the duration of your continuous membership • No long-term commitment is required

4.2 12-Month Founding Member Commitment Plan

The 12-Month Founding Member Plan is our best-value option. It is not a contract in the traditional legal sense — it is a commitment between you and Pink Mobile, entered into in good faith, in exchange for significantly reduced pricing and enhanced benefits. BY PURCHASING THE 12-MONTH FOUNDING MEMBER PLAN, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING COMMITMENT TERMS: Your 12-month commitment period begins from the date your SIM is activated at launch. • You commit to maintaining your plan payments for 12 consecutive monthly periods. • In exchange, Pink Mobile commits to your locked-in Founding Member pricing for those 12 months. • Pink Mobile commits to no price increases during your 12-month commitment window.

4.3 What Happens If a Payment Is Missed

If a scheduled payment is missed or fails during your 12-month commitment period: 5. Your 12-month commitment will be considered broken as of the date of the missed payment. 6. All 12-Month Founding Member benefits — including your discounted pricing, enhanced allowances, EU roaming, and any vouchers or partner perks — will immediately cease. 7. Your account will be automatically migrated to the standard 28-Day Rolling Plan at the then-current standard pricing applicable to all non-Founding Member customers. 8. You will lose your Founding Member status permanently, and it cannot be reinstated. MISSING A PAYMENT ON A 12-MONTH FOUNDING MEMBER PLAN WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT LOSS OF FOUNDING MEMBER STATUS AND ALL ASSOCIATED BENEFITS. THIS CANNOT BE REVERSED.

4.4 Grace Period

Pink Mobile recognises that payment failures can sometimes occur due to circumstances outside your control (e.g. card expiry, bank error). At our sole discretion, we may — but are not obligated to — offer a one-time grace period of up to 5 calendar days for a failed payment to be resolved. This grace period is a goodwill gesture only. It is not guaranteed, and it does not form part of this Agreement or create any enforceable right. Pink Mobile's decision on whether to apply a grace period is final. If a grace period is granted and payment is successfully collected within it, your Founding Member status and all associated benefits will be preserved. If payment is not received within the grace period, the consequences described in Clause 4.3 will apply immediately.

5. Pricing, Billing & Payment

5.1 Price Lock Guarantee

Your Founding Member pricing is guaranteed for the duration of your continuous membership. Pink Mobile will never increase the price of your plan without your explicit written consent, regardless of any price changes applied to new customers or standard plans.

5.2 Billing Commencement

Your first plan payment is collected at the time of your Founding Member reservation (this purchase). This payment constitutes your first month's plan fee and Founding Member Deposit. Subsequent payments will be collected automatically on a recurring 28-day basis beginning from the date your SIM is activated. You will not be billed again between the date of this purchase and your SIM activation date.

5.3 Cancellation Before Launch

You may cancel your Founding Member reservation at any time before your SIM is activated. To do so, contact us at contact@pinkmobile.uk. Cancellations made before SIM activation are eligible for a full refund, subject to our refund policy.

6. Founding Member Status & Benefits

As a Founding Member, you are one of the first people to join Pink Mobile. Your Founding Member status entitles you to: • Locked-in pricing that will never increase during your continuous membership • Priority SIM activation and dispatch at launch • Early access to new features and products before general release • Access to any partner vouchers, rewards, or perks included in your chosen plan at the time of purchase • Recognition as a Pink Mobile Founding Member in communications and community features • A direct line to our Founding Member support team Founding Member status is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.

7. Network & Service Delivery

Pink Mobile operates as an MVNO running on the EE network. Upon launch, you will have access to: • EE's network with up to 98% UK geographic coverage • 5G connectivity at no additional cost where available • EU Roaming (on eligible plans) up to the fair usage limits described in your plan details Coverage, speeds, and service availability are subject to EE's network conditions and your physical location. Pink Mobile does not guarantee specific speeds or uninterrupted service. Coverage maps are indicative only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pink Mobile's liability to you under this Agreement is limited to the total amount paid by you as your Founding Member Deposit. Pink Mobile is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from a delay to the launch date, subject always to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by this Agreement.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@pinkmobile.uk. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider as detailed in our Complaints Code available at pinkmobile.uk/pages/complaints-code.

10. Your Acceptance

By clicking 'I Agree and Purchase' at checkout, you confirm that you: 9. Are aged 18 or over and are a UK resident 10. Have read and understood this entire Agreement 11. Understand that you are purchasing a pre-launch reservation and NOT an immediately active mobile service 12. Understand that your billing period and plan start date begin from SIM activation, not from the date of this purchase 13. Understand and accept that if Pink Mobile has not launched by 1st July 2026, you will receive a full automatic refund 14. If purchasing a 12-Month Founding Member Plan, understand that missing a payment will result in permanent loss of Founding Member status and migration to a standard plan 15. Understand that any one-time grace period for missed payments is at Pink Mobile's sole discretion and is not guaranteed 16. Agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement from the date of your purchase Pink Mobile Ltd  |  contact@pinkmobile.uk  |  03303110979  |  pinkmobile.uk 10% of all profits donated to the Pink Ribbon Foundation UK Pink Mobile Ltd  |  Founding Member Pre-Launch Agreement  |  Version 1.0  |  February 2026 Page
